UK Syrians celebrate fall of Assad regime

Thousands of Syrians displaced during the civil war, after enduring often long and perilous journeys, ended up settling here in the UK.
So today, many were out celebrating the fall of the regime that uprooted their lives – in gatherings across the country. Some hope to return to Syria one day but  there’s anxiety – and hope, that the news is not too good to be true.
